Cancellation Policy

At Minibus NI, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is outlined below to ensure fairness for both our clients and our operations.

Charter & Private Bookings

Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to the scheduled trip will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled trip will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure will be charged 100% of the total booking cost
If a booking is made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure, a deposit will be required and full payment may be required at the time of booking
No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
Deposits (or part thereof) may be applied as a credit toward a future booking at the discretion of Minibus NI

Changes & Rescheduling

Date or time changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges
Requests to reschedule must be made as early as possible

Weather & Force Majeure

Minibus NI is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or events beyond our control.

In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule where feasible; refunds are not guaranteed.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or the official booking platform to be considered valid.
