Minibus NI is organised by travel professionals. All information on the venues we service, bus routes, and prices for each event is available on our website. If you have any further queries, please contact us via the details provided on our Contact page.

As with all businesses, we operate under a set of Terms & Conditions and a Company Code of Conduct. We comply fully with the rules and regulations set by the Department for the Economy Northern Ireland (DOENI) for road transport, as required of all bus and coach operators.

General Conditions of Travel

• There are no age restrictions on our buses; however, customers should check individual event policies. All passengers under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

• Some vehicles are fitted with toilets and others are not. We cannot guarantee toilet facilities on all concert or event routes.

• As we provide transport to events and venues that serve alcohol, some passengers may be under the influence of alcohol. While this is generally harmless, aggressive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated, in consideration of other passengers and our drivers.

• For most concerts/events, particularly at larger venues, venue management will be on hand to deal with any issues that may arise.

• Alcohol is not permitted on any PSV vehicle, in accordance with DOENI regulations. Alcohol may be carried in luggage stored in the hold but must not be consumed on the vehicle.

• All concert and event travel dates and times are stated on the website. These times are strict and non-changeable unless amended by Minibus NI.

• All tickets must be booked in advance via our website or by telephone. Passengers may arrive on the day of travel, but travel is not guaranteed.

• Prices paid on the day of travel may differ from online prices.

• All concerts and events are subject to minimum numbers. If numbers are not feasible, a service may be cancelled or amended by Minibus NI, with prior notice given where possible.

• If an event is cancelled, customers will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of booking.

• Minibus NI is committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

Bookings & Tickets

• All travel is priced as a return journey to the same drop-off point as the pick-up location.

• Bookings are available online only and are sold on a non-refundable basis.

• Optional travel insurance may be purchased at the point of sale. Customers should review insurance details carefully before booking.

• Tickets are not available from the driver.

• An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at booking. This confirmation acts as your e-ticket.

• Customers are responsible for checking their email for updates or changes.

• Minibus NI cannot be held responsible for customers who fail to check their emails after being notified of potential changes.

• All bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once booked, travel details cannot be changed. A cancellation insurance option may be available.

• Customers must quote their booking reference when boarding.

• It is the passenger’s responsibility to board the correct coach at all pick-up and return points.

• Passengers wishing to travel together must:

  • Book the same pick-up location

  • Arrive together and arrive early Minibus NI cannot guarantee the same coach for separate bookings.

• Travel is valid only on the service and date booked.

• All travel is subject to availability. Customers are encouraged to book early.

• Special single fares are not available.

• Minibus NI operates a strict no-alcohol and no-smoking policy on all services, in line with Northern Ireland law.

• Passengers must return to the coach no later than 30 minutes before departure.

• Drivers will not contact passengers to advise of departure.

• All standard conditions of carriage apply.

• Concert and event fares are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Cancellation Policy

At Minibus NI, we understand that travel plans may change.

Charter & Private Bookings

• Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to the scheduled trip → Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees

• Cancellations made 7 days prior → 50% cancellation fee

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior → 100% of the total booking cost

• Bookings made within 72 hours of departure may require a deposit or full payment

• No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable

Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing

• Deposits (or part thereof) may be applied as a credit toward a future booking at the discretion of Minibus NI

Changes & Rescheduling

• Subject to availability

• Additional charges may apply

• Requests should be made as early as possible

Weather & Force Majeure

Minibus NI is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to:

• Weather conditions

• Road conditions

• Government restrictions

• Events beyond our control

Where possible, we will work with customers to reschedule. Refunds are not guaranteed.

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or the official booking platform.

By confirming a booking, customers acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Website Information & Privacy

When making an enquiry, we may collect your name and email address to contact you if necessary. We also monitor website traffic and usage to improve site design and functionality.

Minibus NI does not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Minibus NI. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on this page.

VAT & Amendments

• VAT is added where applicable at the standard rate of 20%
